Krissy’s happy place is helping others. After working over a decade in special education, she joined the OCVT team. She looks forward to helping grow the OCVT family.



Bella Sevilla

Patient Services Coordinator

Bella is a marketing student at Texas A&M University–San Antonio. Originally from Reno, Nevada, she has called Texas home since elementary school. In her free time, Bella enjoys hiking with her two dogs, Rowe and Nalu, and exploring her passion for photography. She has a strong interest in social media marketing and hopes to turn that passion into a career after graduation.


Jennifer Nam

Patient Services Coordinator

Jennifer graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. She is passionate about creating a welcoming and positive environment everywhere she goes. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending quality time with family.



Kevin Wright

Patient Services Coordinator

Kevin attended Concorde College where he got his certificate as a Medical Office Assistant. His passion is helping others in any way that he can. He loves music, fashion, and art. In his spare time, he likes playing video games and hanging out with his dog Sora.



Lexi Powell

Patient Services Coordinator

Lexi graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Originally from Maryland, she has resided in Texas since middle school but loves going back to visit family every year. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising, and seeing live music. She values kindness, patience, and creating a welcoming and supportive community for others.


Lucia Garcia-Zuazua

Practice Development Coordinator

Although Lucia is not originally from here, she displays with confidence her heart thriving in San Antonio and her soul, down South in the midst of a border town here in Texas. Just at the cross-roads of Piedras Negras and Eagle Pass is where she spent most of her life building her foundation to not only become a hard-working, detail-oriented, and tenacious person, but also someone who puts extreme love and care into everything she does. Lucia moved to San Antonio after graduating C.C. Winn Highschool in 2021 where she began to grow her resume and interpersonal skills. From being an at-home nanny, to fine dine serving and topping it off with becoming a corporate trainer at a sales and marketing company; She has been able to grow on her foundation, build and apply the experience she has gained to give the upmost personalized administrative service and care! A few fun facts about Lucia… she loves matcha, everything green is her favorite color and she considers herself a yogi!



Randi Elmore

Doctors Assistant

Randi thrives in collaborative settings, finding her greatest fulfillment in being part of a dedicated team. Driven by a passion for hospitality and a sincere care for others, she strives to bring warmth and positivity to every interaction. Outside of work, Randi enjoys quality time with her pets, friends, and family.



Rebecca Bacon-Thieme

Doctors Assistant

After obtaining her Associate of Science degree at Northeast Lakeview College in May 2023, Rebecca earned her Certified Clinical Medical Assistant certification and BLS with the University of Incarnate Word and the NHA in May 2024. She chose to study nutrition and the holistic medical field because she wholeheartedly believes “your health is your wealth”. She cherishes time spent with her family, friends, and her church. She loves animals, music, singing, dancing, cooking, baking, gardening, nature, fitness, traveling, reading, and spending quality time with her husband and fur babies.



Riley Suiter

Patient Services Coordinator

Riley is in graduate school at Texas State University pursuing a Masters of Business Administration with a focus on strategic human resources. She earned her Bachelors of Health Science from TXST, as well as her Associates of Applied Science from the Texas Bioscience Institute. She is passionate about creating an inclusive healthcare environment that allows patients to access the best possible care.
