Enhance Visual Field Awareness
After a stroke or neurological trauma, peripheral vision can be lost. This can significantly impact mobility, driving, and reading. At OCVT, we can train more effective strategies to help with scanning to better cope with visual field loss. Neuro-optometric vision rehabilitation (and in some cases, combined with specialized prescribed prisms) can be very effective at enhancing visual field awareness.
